Clinical Policy-
1. ONLY those patients are accepted for treatment for whom the treatments, facilities are available at clinic
2. Every patient must be undergone through standard assessment before acceptance for treatment
3. Assessment is done under appointed doctor at clinic
4. Special assessment and care plans for vulnerable patients (child, elders, patients with life-threatening disease), chronic diseases & disorders.
5. When patient is accepted for treatments, every patient is told about treatment, procedures, duration of treatment, total cost and expenses, any adverse effects (if possibilities of adverse effects), success rate of treatment.
6. All treatments are done under guidance of competent Ayurvedic doctor. care of patient is continuous and multidisciplinary.
7. We serve our patients through Ayurveda only.
8. Patients with chronic disease are handled with standards. withdrawal of steroids/analgesics/sedative/hypnotics/ or addiction of drugs are handled with utmost care.

10. We regularly updates our assessment and progress note with U.S HEALTH INSTITUTE, U.S.A and NABH standards for Ayush clinics.
Data and Privacy policy-:
We record and stores the details of patients including contact details, past medical history, details of ongoing medication, images and videos of affected organs, past medical records for research and internal use.
No details of any patient, can be distributed, to any third party except the research works. In any manner, we will not reveal the identity of patient until unless this required by any law or rule/ regulation prevailing time to time.
We make contact during or after the treatment to registered patients and may send our promotional material to them via post/ digital route or any other means.
We may, after taking prior consent of patient in writing, provide the phone number of patient to a future customer, if he/she willing to know our previous successful cases. One can refuse to give the consent. Once consent is given to use, can not be cancelled, or denied.
We may ask the patients to give feedback. The given feedback may be displayed on our website, google page or any other online/ offline publication of Dhanvantri Ayurveda.
